Description
  • A method for the determination of chloroacetic acid, bromoacetic acid and iodoacetic acid in beer is described. Solid phase extraction for the sample clean-up was used. Several SPE columns were tested. Then the analytes were derivatized using BF3/methanol as methylation agent and determined by capillary gas chromatographic analysis coupled with electron capture detector. Recovery yields are nearly 100% for all monohaloacetic acids. Detection limits are lower than 0.1, 0.05 and 0.01 mg/dm3 for chloroacetic acid, bromoacetic acid and iodoacetic acid, respectively. This procedure is suitable for routine analyses of haloacetic acids.

  • Práce popisuje postup stanovení chloroctové, bromoctové a jodoctové kyseliny v pivu. Pro přečištění extraktu byla použita metoda extrakce na pevné fázi (SPE). Pozornost byla věnována výběru vhodných SPE kolonek. V dalším kroku byly vyextrahované analyty derivatizovány methylačním činidlem BF3/methanol a následně stanoveny na plynovém chromatografu s detektorem elektronového záchytu. Pro všechny monohalogenové kyseliny se výtěžnost blížila k 100 %. Detekční limity byly pro chloroctovou kyselinu menší než 0,1 mg/l, pro bromoctovou kyselinu menší než 0,05 mg/l a pro jodoctovou kyselinu menší než 0,01 mg/l. Tento postup je vhodný pro rutinní analýzy halogenoctových kyselin. (cs)
