Description	Je popsána metoda stanovení oxidu siřičitého pomocí chronopotenciometrické metody. Po alkalizaci vzorku byly volné i vázané siřičitany přeměněny na siřičitanové anionty. Po okyselení roztoku byl uvolněný oxid siřičitý on-line separován přes semipermeabilní membránu a elektrolytem transportován do měřící cely, kde byl změřen pomocí metody stripovací chronopotenciometrie. Předložená metoda byla validována a porovnána se třemi metodami EBC. Pro běžné hodnoty SO2 v pivu (3,4 mg/L) vykazovala RSD opakovatelnosti hodnoty 8,6 %. Výsledky získané touto metodou byly ve velmi dobré shodě s výsledky získanými metodami EBC. Vypracovaná metoda je podstatně rychlejší a jednodušší než metody EBC. On acidifying the solution, the released sulphur dioxide was on-line separated through a semipermeable membrane and transported by an electrolyte into the measuring cell and measured by stripping chronopotentiometry. The proposed method was validated and compared with the three EBC methods. The RSD of repeatability was 8.6% for the normal SO2 level in the beer (3.4 mg/L).
