Description
| - In this study, we have performed an iTRAQ workflow to identify and quantify proteins associated with DRMs of macrophages during the early stage of Francisella tularensis infection, using the macrophage-like cell line J774.2 and Francisella tularensis live vaccine strain (LVS) as a model. The iTRAQ technology (isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation), is a shot-gun based technique which enables the identification and relative quantification of proteins in up to 8 different biological samples in a single experiment and even it is suitable for the identification of low abundance proteins.
