  • Electrochemical sensor was introduced as a tool approachable for diagnosis of intoxication by cholinesterase inhibitors performed on the well-known nerve agent Vx. Most traditional Ellman´s method was chosen in order to compare with sensor analytical parameters. The both methods were based on estimation of blood cholinesterases inhibition as a marker of intoxication.

Tradiční Ellmanova metoda byla vybrána jako vhodný nástroj pro srovnání. Obě metody byly založeny na odhadu aktivity krevních cholinesteráz jako markru intoxikací. (cs)
