Description
  • Photometric microplate assay was performed for testing of paraoxon-inhibited acetylcholinesterase (AChE). Three reactivators were used for reactivation purposes: obidoxime, pralidoxime, and HI-6. 3-D graphs (percent of reactivation vs. concentration of reactivator and vs. time of reactivator effecting) were constructed for each reactivator to compare their efficacy. The best results were obtained when obidoxime was applied; reactivation was near to 80 %. Suitability of photometric microplates for following of reactivation procedures was mentioned in this work.

  • Multikanálová spektrofotometrie na titrační destičce byla použita pro testování reaktivace paraoxonem inhibované acetylcholinesterázy (AChE). Tři reaktivátory byly použity: obidoxim, pralidoxim a HI-6. 3-D grafy (procento reaktivace vs. koncentrace reaktivátoru vs. čas působení) byly konstruovány pro každý reaktivátor tak aby byla porovnána jejich účinnost. Nejlepší výsledky byly dosaženy s obidoximem (reaktivace 80%). Použitelnost prezentované metody je diskutována v práci. (cs)
