Description
  • In a prospective study, we measured plasma markers of myocardial damage induced by RF catheter ablation (RFA) with protein biochip microarray system. Myocardial injury induced by RFA can be detected by cTnI, CKMB, hFABP and GPBB. Plasma cTnI, CKMB and hFABP levels significantly increased in patients with atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation compared to patients with AV nodal reentry, The increase of cTnI, CKMB and GPBB levels correlates with the total duration of RFA.

  • V prospektivní studii byly pomocí biočip microarray systému měřeny plasmatické markery myokardiálního poškození katetrizační ablací. Myokardiální poškození katetrizační ablací může být detekováno pomocí cTnI, CKMB, hFABP a GPBB. Plasmatické hladiny cTnI, CKMB a hFABP se signifikantně zvýšily u nemocných s flutterm či fibrilací síní oproti pacientům s AV nodální reentry. Zvýšení cTnI, CKMB a GPBB korelovalo s délkou aplikace RF energie. (cs)
