Description
  • The article gives specific ideological proposals that systematically lead to optimum minimize the impact of hazardous phenomenon glare on road safety. To address the issue of glare, these proposals and models of diagnostic vehicle lighting have been worked up: “Design of the specific wall”, “Mathematical model for calculating the geometry of the luminous flux and intensity”, “Mathematical model calculation of the illumination of the road, depending on the speed of the vehicle”, “System automatic folding headlights when a vehicle is driving over the horizon” and other measures to reduce the size of the light intensity. All the proposed measures are designed to take into account their real use in engineering practise, and their introduction would increase road safety. The partial part of the article, are the results of the measurement and the measurements procedure for vehicle lighting, mathematical model for calculating the geometry and its luminous flux intensity in LabVIEW. The measurements were realized on four vehicles. The photographs of the lumen headlamps were taken and these were analysed and adjusted in LabVIEW. The results are the visual and graphic outputs, which we may evaluate the geometric and photometric quantities. It has been found, that the proposed model is able to analyse all the desired properties, and for this reason it can be used as a diagnostic device for measuring selected parameters of vehicle lighting systems.
