Description	The article deals with the methodology to assess the safety aspects of special military systems. Risk, hazard and safety assessment, and reliability technology has not developed as a unified discipline, but has grown out of their integration of number activities which were previously the province of the engineer. The application of technology to risk and hazardous areas requires the formal application of this feedback principle in order to maximize the rate of reliability improvement.
