Description
  • Dlouhodobé působení zvýšených teplot na tepelně zpracované kovy (konkrétně popouštění kalených ložiskových ocelí a vytvrzování beryliového bronzu) mění jejich strukturu a v důsledku toho i fyzikální a mechanické vlastnosti. Kinetiku obou procesů lze modelovat stejným typem kinetických rovnic. Na rozdíl od nejčastěji používané Avramiho rovnice jsou použity kinetické rovnice přesněji zohledňující procesy probíhající ve studovaných materiálech, zatímco vliv teploty popisuje obvyklá Arrheniova rovnice.   • Long-term exposure of heat treated metals at elevated temperatures (concretely the tempering of quenched bearing steels and the hardening of beryllium bronze) changes their structure and consequently also physical and mechanical properties. The kinetics of both the processes can be modelled using the same type of kinetic equations. Instead of the most frequently used JMAK equation the equations better expressing the processes proceeding in the studied materials, while the influence of temperature is described by the usually used Arrhenius equation.
