Description	This article deals with road accident frequency in Brno. The article is particularly focused on individual risk in the selected streets of Brno. The aim is to compare individual risk in single streets of Brno. For each street will be assigned individual risk for various causes and the potential risk of accident, injury, death, etc. This article deals with road accident frequency in Brno. The article is particularly focused on individual risk in the selected streets of Brno. The aim is to compare individual risk in single streets of Brno. For each street will be assigned individual risk for various causes and the potential risk of accident, injury, death, etc. (cs) The article is devoted to mortality in road accidents in all states of the European Union and the separately in the Czech Republic. By the help of statistical analyses is reviewed truth of argument about decrease mortality in road accidents. It was applied regression analysis, the confidence interval of the regression line and also statistical hypothesis testing. The data was obtained from CARE database of the European Union. The results are clearly displayed by the diagrams, which were constructed for the European Union and the Czech Republic. The analysis of road fatalities showed decreasing the mortality rate in the member states of European Union and also in the Czech Republic. The estimated parameters of regression line demonstrate decline in road fatalities for all member states and separately for the Czech Republic. The mean decline in road fatalities is 28 accident/ year for the Czech Republic and 1913 accident/year for European Union. (en)
