Description
  • The article describes the possibilities of creating the ultra-wide band (UWB) location system cluster structures and deals with the possibilities of how to use the UWB location systems in contemporary waged operations in Afghanistan. One of the feasible UWB location systems which could be thought over is the Ubisense Series 7000 system. The mentioned system is primarily designed to be used for tracking the movement and positioning of eligible objects in buildings. If the system components are purposely modified, there are some possibilities to use the system in different environments, e.g. on coalition bases.
