Description	lánek pojednává o definici pojmu „TERORISMUS“ a s ním souvisejících pojmech. Snaží se vymezit jejich význam v právních normách Evropské unie a České republiky. (cs) An article deals with the definition of the terrorism. The article makes an effort to determine their expressions in the rules of law of the European Union and the Czech Republic. The general and legal definitions which are related to this topic are mentioned here. Furthermore the document COUNCIL COMMON POSITION 2006/231/CFSP of 20 March 2006 updating Common Position 2001/931/CFSP on the application of specific measures to combat terrorism and repealing Common Position 2005/936/CFSP is mentioned. This document defines the conception “act of terror” and especially the reactions of the legal order of the Czech Republic to foreign stimulation and the entrance of the Czech Republic into the European Union.
