Description	Vstup do NATO a příprava na členství v EU vede k úpravám legislativy o bezpečnosti v ČR. Nejdůležitějšími legislativními akty bylo přijetí ústavního zákona o bezpečnosti ČR, úprava krizového řízení, soubor branných zákonů, zákon o utajovaných skutečnostech a o pobytu ozbrojených sil jiných států na území ČR. Mezinárodní terorismus urychluje reformu bezpečnostního sektoru i ochotu poskytovat na bezpečnost větší finanční prostředky. NATO membership and the preparation for the EU joining are the cause of the changes in security legislative. The most important legislative act was: the law about security of the CR, tha pack of the Defence´s Acts. The international terorism speed up the security sphere reform and make the higher disposition to put up more means on security and defence. (en)
