  • Zdvojené materiály byly získány cestou polyploidizace (aplikací kolchicinu nebo oryzalinu na nodální segmenty) u planých druhů S. berthaultii, S. bulbocastanum, S. pinnatisectum, S. verrucosum a u dihaploidů Solanum tuberosum. Regeneranti byly hodnoceni průtokovou cytometrií. Odvozené tetraploidy byly zařazeny do vnitro- a mezidruhových křížení. Somatická hybridizace byla uskutečněna elektrofúzí mezofylových protoplastů. Byly použity druhy Solanum tuberosum (cv. Bintje, Ditta, Keřkovský rohlíček, Kordoba, Magda; dihaploid 243 and 299), S. berthaultii, S. bulbocastanum, S. pinnatisectum a S. verrucosum. Regenerované rostliny byly hodnoceny průtokovou cytometrií a RAPD. Somatické hybridy byly získány u několika kombinací. (cs)
  • Doubled materials were obtained using polyploidization (colchicine or oryzaline application to nodal segments) at wild speies S. berthaultii, S. bulbocastanum, S. pinnatisectum, S. verrucosum and dihaploids of Solanum tuberosum. Regenerants were evaluated by flow-cytometry. The derived tetraploids were used in inter and intra-specific crosses. Somatic hybridization was done by an electrofusion of mesophyll protoplasts. Solanum tuberosum (cv. Bintje, Ditta, Keřkovský rohlíček, Kordoba, Magda; dihaploid 243 and 299), S. berthaultii, S. bulbocastanum, S. pinnatisectum and S. verrucosum were used. Regenerated plants were assessed by flow-cytometry and a RAPD method. Somatic hybrids were obtained in several combinations.
