  • The possible applications of five instruments (differential scanning calorimeter, ice nucleation spectrometer, cryomicroscope, fluorescence kinetic camera, crossed gradients of temperature and light) in low and ultra-low temperature studies of soil algae have been tested. First results of their use in ecophysiological and cryopreservation research are presented.

  • Jsou prezentovány principy a popisy funkce pěti přístrojů – diferenciálního skanovacího kalorimetru, ice-nucleation spektrometru, kryomikroskopu, fluorescenční kinetické kamery a aparatury zkřížených gradientů světla a teploty a první zkušenosti a výsledky z jejich aplikace při studiu vlivu nízké (v ekologickém měřítku) a ultra-nízké (při kryoprezervaci) teploty na půdní řasy a sinice.
