Description	Tato práce se zabývá aplikací nové generace sekvenačních technologií (vysoce paralelní %22454 sekvenování%22) na identifikaci, kvantifikaci a další charakterizaci repetitivních sekvencí v komplexních genomech vyšších rostlin. Je založena na bioinformatické analýze 33.3 Mbp sekvenčních dat získaných touto technologií, která vedla k charakterizaci rodin repetitivních sekvencí, celkem tvořících 35-48 % genomu hrachu. (cs) This paper describes application of massively-parallel pyrosequencing for repeat identification, quantification, and characterization in complex plant genome. Bioinformatics analysis of 33.3 Mb of sequence data, representing 0.77% coverage of the pea genome, resulted in description of repeat families corresponding to a total of 35-48 % of the genome.
