Description	The study showed a significant stimulation of walking activity of macropterous females of the firebug P. apterus by a topical application of 10 pml of its own hormone Peram-CAH-II and also after application of the same dose of the crustacean hormone Panbo-RPCH. Lipid mobilization assay demonstrated that energy substrates mobilized from the bug´s fat body by these hormones were lipids. The question of whether the stimulation of locomotion by Panbo-RPCH is limited only to P. apterus or if it might also represent an important function of this hormone in other insects or even in crustaceans is discussed. (en) Studium ukázalo významnou stimulaci lokomoční aktivity u makropterních samic ploštice P. apterus po aplikaci 10 pml jejich vlastního hormonu Peram-CAH-II, tak i po aplikaci stejné dávky korýšího hormonu Panbo-RPCH. Lipidový mobilizační test prokázal, že oba testované hormony mobilizují z tukového tělesa této ploštice jako zdroj energie lipidy. Je diskutována otázka, zda-li je stimulace lokomoce vyvolaná u P. apterus působením korýšího hormonu Panbo-RPCH omezena pouze na tento druh ploštice a nebo se jedná o obecnější funkci tohoto hormonu, hrající významnou úlohu také u jiných druhů ploštic či dokonce u samotných korýšů.
