  • Studie informuje o bio-charakteristikách vyvíjející se půdy na nerekultivovaných hnědouhelných výsypkách. Substrátem indikovaná respirace (SIR), jakožto měřítko aktivní půdní biomasy, vzrůstala v časové posloupnosti spontánní sukcese (1-43 let) na výsypkách. Podobný trend ukazoval i obsah extrahovatelného uhlíku a dusíku. Celkový organický uhlík pro sledování sukcesních změn byl méně vhodný než SIR neboť zahrnoval i fosilní organickou hmotu. (cs)

Substrate induced respiration as a measure of active part of the soil biomass increased in the chronosequence of spoil succession (1-43 years). Content of labile carbon and nitrogen showed the similar trend. The total organic carbon was less suitable parameter for evaluation of succession changes than SIR because includes also fossil organic matter.
