  • Z výchozích genetických zdrojů recesivní sporofytické autoinkompatibility (AI) u řepky ozimé, vyznačujících se nevyhovující kvalitou semen, byly odvozeny dvě generace dihaploidních regenerantů z mikrosporových kultur. Ve druhé generaci, odvozené z kříženců AI rostlin a donorů „00'' kvality, se podařilo získat celkem 9 AI regenerantů s vyhovující kvalitou. Celkový počet odvozených AI regenerantů byl 87 (38,2 %) z celkového množství 228 dihaploidních (DH) regenerantů s vyvinutými prašníky. Detekce AI rostlin v populaci dihaploidů byla provedena semenným testem a zároveň PCR analýzou na přítomnost SLG genu. Korelační koeficient mezi těmito analýzami byl r = 0,889**. Z analyzovaného souboru 45 AI DH regenerantů vytvořených v roce 2004, mělo 9 rostlin obsah kyseliny erukové (KE) do 2 %. Obsah glukosinolátů (GSL) byl analyzován u 10 rostlin. V 9 případech byl obsah GSL podlimitní, v jednom vzorku byl nad limitem 18 µmol /g semene při 9 % vlhkosti. Byla též ověřena metoda produkce semen AI linií postři (cs)

In the second generation derived from hybrids of SI plants and 00 quality donors 9 SI regenerants were obtained with satisfactory seed quality parameters.
