Description	The present study demonstrated that stripped sperm of normal perch could be successfully frozen with hatching rate of fresh testicular sperm of neomales and stripped sperm of normal males were 45,2 and 49,3% at 12.105 spermatozoa per egg. In terms of neomale sperm, squeezing testis for collection of testicular sperm is not recommanded for cryopreservation due to low sperm velocity, motility and hatching rate. (en) Tato studie ukázala, že lze úspěšně mrazit vytřené sperma normálních mlíčáků okouna. Líhnivost plůdku po oplození čerstvým testikulárním spermatu pohlavně invertovaných jikernaček byla 45,2%, po oplození čerstvým spermatem normálních mlíčáků 49,3% při použití 12.105 spermií na jikru. To potvrdilo oplozeníschopnost testikulárního spermatu invertovaných jikernaček. Pro kryokonzervaci se ukázalo jako nevhodné záskávání testikulárního spermatu vymačkáváním přes uhelon, při čemž docházelo k mechanickému poškození spermií mající za následek snížení rychlosti pohybu, motility (i dosažené líhnivisti plůdku) a současně i mrazitelnosti. Oba parametry, rychlost pohybu spermií i motilita v čase 10 s po aktivaci byly již u čerstvého testikulárního spermatu statisticky průkazně nižší (134,6 ?m . s-1 a 12,8%) než u čerstvého vytřeného spermatu normálních mlíčáků (203,2 ?m . s-1 a 94,7%).
