Description	V této studii byla porovnávána morfologie, biochemie a fyziologie spermií mezi jesetera sibiřského Acipenser baerii a jesetera malého A. ruthenus. Pozorovali jsme velké morfologické rozdíly mezi spermiemi obou druhů. Průměrná délka hlavičky spermie byla 7.01 ?m u A. baerii a 5.14 ?m u A. ruthenus. Signifikantní rozdíly byly nalezeny v koncentraci Na+, K+ a Cl- semenné plazmy a rychlosti spermií. (cs) Sperm morphology, biochemistry and physiology were compared between Siberian sturgeon Acipenser baerii and sterlet A. ruthenus in the present study. We observed wide morphological variations between spermatozoa of the two species. The average length of the spermatozoon head were 7.01 and 5.14 ?m in A. baerii and A. ruthenus, respectively. Significant differences were observed in terms of Na+, K+ and Cl- concentrations in the seminal plasma as well sperm velocity.
