  • Vodní životní prostředí a unikátní biologické vlastnosti komplikují zjištění zjevně stravitelných bílkovin (ADP) a zjevně využitelných aminokyselin (AAAA) obsažených v ingrediencích krmiv pro ryby. Proto je nutné využití alternativních metod výpočtů, jako prognózy na základě chemického složení krmiv. Analýza 617 průměrů z celkem 69 studií, které zhodnocovaly stravitelnost bílkovin u 73 různých složek krmiv a 35 druhů ryb, odhalila lineární závislost (ADP=-10.0731+0.8942 CP, R2=0.9462) mezi hrubým proteinem (CP; g/kg sušiny) a ADP (g/kg sušiny) obsažených v krmivu. Ve směsných dietách (n=831, 170 studií, 49 druhů ryb) je tento vztah popsán jako ADP=-51.4001+0.9872 CP (R2=0.8632). Ověření uvedeného s hodnotami z nezávislých studií prezentovaných s vysokým stupněm shody (R2>0.8000; chyba odhadu průměru <0.1100) mezi odhadovanými a určenými hodnotami. Profily AAAA ve složkách potravy a směsných dietách, vyjádřených v g/kg sušiny, jsou odhadnutelné (R2 většinou>0.9500) z obsahu aminokyselin pomoc (cs)

This urges for alternative methods of calculation, such as prediction from dietary chemical composition.
