| - Karas stříbřitý, Carassius auratus gibelio vnikl na území České republiky v roce 1975. Výchozí populace byly tvořeny triploidními samicemi, které se množily gynogeneticky a rozšířily se po celé sladkovodní síti a mnoha soustavách rybničního chovu ryb. Po roce 1990 se většina populací postupně transformovala na smíšený typ populací s diploidními, triploidními a tetraploidními samicemi a samci. K poznání populačních změn a reprodukční strategie C. a. gibelio byla prováděna umělá reprodukce. Samci daných úrovní ploidie produkovali haploidní, aneuploidní a/nebo diploidní životaschopné a pohyblivé spermie s koncentrací významně se snižující pro tetraploidy a s počátečními parametry motility lišícími se mezi úrovněmi ploidie. Analýzy potomstva 97 párových výtěrů mezi C. a. gibelio téže nebo různé ploidie i s použitím intaktního nebo inaktivního spermatu jiných kaprovitých druhů odhalily, že diploidní samice C. a. gibelio vykazují tři základní reprodukční vzorce: i) %22bisexuální%22 s produkcí životnéh (cs)

Initial populations comprised triploid females that reproduced gynogenetically and spread over entire fluvial network and many pond aquaculture systems. After 1990, major part of populations gradually transformed to mixed type of population with diploid, triploid and tetraploid males and females. Artificial reproduction was performed in order to recognize population changes and reproductive strategy of C. a. gibelio. Males of the respective ploidy levels were found to produce haploid, aneuploid and/or diploid viable and motile spermatozoa with concentration dropping significantly for the tetraploid and initial motility parameters differing significantly for individual ploidy levels. Analyses of progeny of 97 pair matings among C. a. gibelio of the same or varying ploidy levels and using intact and/or inactivated spermatozoa of some cyprinid species revealed that diploid C. a. gibelio females exhibited three
