| - The study presents the results of experiments with controlled reproduction of females of about twenty fish species with different hormonally preparations. The single injection administration of following different preparations was applied for the induction of ovulation: two synthetic analogues of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRHa), dopaminergic inhibitors and combined preparations (containing GnRHa and dopaminergic inhibitors). The results of propagation were presented in the percentage of ovulating (stripped) females, fecundity parameters and latency time (time interval between injection and ovulation). - Studie uvádí výsledky vlastních experimentů s řízenou reprodukcí jikernaček dvaceti druhů ryb při použití různých hormonálních přípravků. Jednorázově byla indukce ovulace realizována injikací těchto druhů přípravků: dva syntetické analogy spouštěcího hormonu gonadotropinu (GnRHa), dopaminergní inhibitory a kombinované přípravky (obsahující GnRHa a dopaminergní inhibitory). Úspěšnost výsledků reprodukce byly vyjadřovány procentem ovulujících (vytřených) jikernaček, parametry plodnosti a délkou intervalu latence (časový interval mezi injikací a ovulací).
