  • Cytochrom P450 je významným biochemickým markerem pro hodnocení kontaminace povrchových vod širokou škálou průmyslových polutantů. Cytochrom P450 je monooxydázový enzymatický komplex přítomný prakticky ve všech živých organismech a podílející se na biotransformaci látek endogenního původu i xenobiotik. Jeho indukci vyvolává aktivita některých cizorodých látek a může přetrvávat až několik měsíců. Jeho koncentrace je stanovována spektrofluorometricky ve vzorcích jater ryb. Rostoucí aktivita cytochromu P450 je propojena s rostoucí aktivitou dalších enzymů. V rybách vzrůstá aktivita ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylasy, která je také využívána pro hodnocení zatížení vodních ekosystémů. V průběhu hodnocení kontaminace řeky Labe byly za účelem stanovení biochemických markerů (cytochrom P450, ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylasa) odebrány vzorky na 10 různě zatížených lokalitách. Nejvyšší znečištění bylo prokázáno v lokalitách Zelčín a Valy, které se nacházely pod velkými chemickými továrnami. (cs)
