Description
Nicméně FC analýzy různých líhňařských populací odhalily jedince s úrovněmi 5n (~150) a 7n (~210). Rutinní FC a následné analýzy chromozómů a měření erytrocytů populace jesetera ruského, A. gueldenstaedtii, odhalily jedince s úrovněmi 10n (~300), 12n (~360) a 13n (~390).
  • In Metazoa, chromosome numbers range from 1 (also spider mite, brevipalpus phoenicis) to~1,260 (Indian fern, Ophioglossum reticulatum). Among vertebrates, the highest chromosome number (446) was observed in the cyprinid fish Diptychus dipogon, a %22triploid%22 derivate of schizostoracine hexaploid lineage. The most striking are the sturgeons Acipenseriformes, which include evolutionary 4n (~120 chromosomes), 8n (~240) and, as revealed by flow-cytometry (FC), 16n (A.brevistromum, A.mikadoi) (~500) levels. Natural and/or artificial hybridization of individuals with different ploidy levels result in an intermediate ploidy level (4n x 8n = 6n). However, FC analyses of various hatchery strains revealed individuals with 5n (~150) and 7n (~210) levels. Routine FC and Subsequent chromosome and erythrocyte measurement analyses of the Russian sturgeon, A. gueldenstaedtii strain, revealed individals with 10n (~300), 12n(~360) and 13n (~390) levels. Molecular genetic identification suggested that the 12n
