Description	The effect of the following three anaesthetics (2-phenoxyethanol, clove oil and Propiscin) was tested upon 11 fish species (rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss; grayling, Thymallus thymallus; brook trout, Salvelinus fontinalis; pike, Esox lucius; common carp, Cyprinus carpio; tench, Tinca tinca; dace, Leuciscus, leuciscus; gudgeon, Gobio gobio; burbot, Lota lota; perch, Perca fluviatilis and Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus), using the recommended concentrations for 10 min exposure at 10 oC, 15 oC and/or 20 oC. Taking up and peculiarities of fish reactions manifested under anaesthesia, as well as its diminution was described for species under study. (en) Testován byl účinek tří různých anestetik (2-fenoxyetanol, hřebíčkový olej a Propiscin) na jedenáct druhů ryb (pstruh duhový Oncorhynchus mikyss, lipan podhorní Thymallus thymallus, siven americký Salvenilus fontinalis, štika obecná Esox lucius, kapr obecný Cyprinus carpio, lín obecný Tinca tinca, jelec proudník Leuciscus leuciscus, hrouzek obecný Gobio gobio, mník jednovousý Lota lota, okoun říční Perca fluviatilis a tilapie nilská Oreochromis niloticus) v doporučovaných koncentracích při 10 min. expozici při teplotách 10, 15 nebo 20 °C. Byly zjištěny nástupy specifických reakcí při anestézii a jejím odeznívání a popsány zvláštnosti u jednotlivých druhů.
