Description	The software is a part of solution for experimental data and metadata management. The solution consists from several tools for protocol design, protocol filling, protocol and data management and database access and management. It is focused on the reproducibility of experiment, standardization and reusability of all parts of the experiment. Template designer is graphical software for design of template of experimental protocol. It provides several components for design of the protocol template. The template is constructed based on dragand drop methods and allow the user to design any type of protocol. The tool provides an access to the standardization available on internet. The tool provides the connection to the specialized plug-ins, that can read the information about the experiment from external sources.
