| - Článek se zabývá hodnocením klíčových faktorů regionálního rozvoje v Jihočeském kraji. Pro hodnocení faktorů byla využita SWOT analýza. Metodologie této analýzy je následující: výběr významných faktorů a jejich přiřazení do skupin SWOT (silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a ohrožení); určení váhy faktorů s využitím metody párového srovnávání; návrh možné strategie regionálního rozvoje. Vstupní data byla získána z Návrhu programu rozvoje Jihočeského kraje pro období 2007 - 2013. Významným výsledkem našeho srovnávání je zefektivnit spolupráci mezi veřejnými institucemi, univerzitami, školami, podniky a firmami s cílem o zajištění transferu nových informací a výsledků vědy do komerční sféry. Tento proces by měl napomoci k zvýšení regionálních příjmů, zvýšení zaměstnanosti a zlepšení životní úrovně. (cs)
- The paper deals with evaluation of key regional development's factors in South Bohemia region in the Czech Republic. For factors evaluation was used SWOT analysis. The methodology of SWOT analysis is follows: choose of important factors and their sort to four groups of SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and treats); make out of significant of this factors with use of method based on comparison of each with each factor; suggestion of possibility regional development's strategy for raise competitiveness of region. The input data were obtained from Proposal of Program of development of South Bohemia region for period 2007 -2013. The important result of our comparison is to intensify the cooperation among state institutions, universities, schools, corporations and entrepreneurs with aiming to the transfer of new information, results of research to commerce use. This process should help to increase the regional income, the number of employees, the life level etc.
