Description
  • Saturated fatty acids, mainly nutritionally adverse lauric, myristic and palmitic acids, were determined in the milk fat of Czech Pied (syn. Czech Fleckvieh) cattle (n = 20 and 19) and Holstein cattle (n = 14 and 17) dairy cows bred under standard milk farm conditions during summer and winter feeding periods. The selected cows of both breeds were housed together and were received the same feeds. Grass silage and maize silage were the main feeds in July 2004 and in February 2005, respectively. Lauric, myristic and palmitic acids were the prevailing fatty acids in the milk fat with their joint proportion between 47 % and 50.87 % of total fatty acids, depending on diet and breed. While changes in the diets significantly affected the proportion of these three acids in both breeds (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05, respectively), the effect of breed was insignificant. Therefore, a considerable decrease in proportion of the adverse fatty acids in milk fat cannot be achieved by the usual changes in feed compositi

  • Nasycené mastné kyseliny mléčného tuku se zaměřením na zdravotně negativně působící kyseliny (laurová, myristová a palmitová) byly sledovány ve dvou obdobích v běžných provozních podmínkách produkce syrového mléka u dojnic plemen české strakaté (n = 20, 19) a holštýnské (n = 14, 17). Vybrané skupiny dojnic obou plemen byly společně ustájeny a krmeny stejnou krmnou dávkou. V červenci 2004 převažovala v krmné dávce travní siláž, v únoru 2005 kukuřičná siláž. Kyseliny laurová, myristová a palmitová byly obsahově nejvíce zastoupenými nasycenými mastnými kyselinami mléčného tuku a součet jejich obsahů tvořil v průměru 47 % až 50,87 % všech mastných kyselin v závislosti na krmné dávce a plemeni. Zatímco změny v celkovém obsahu zdravotně negativně působících nasycených mastných kyselin byly v důsledku změny krmné dávky dojnic u obou plemen statisticky průkazné (P < 0,01; resp. 0,05), vliv plemene na celkový obsah těchto kyselin nebyl v obou sledováních potvrzen. Výrazné redukce součtu obsahu nasycených ma (cs)
