Description	The aim of the study was to analyse the cytological quality of milk collected from 37 Black-and-White cows with the 80-90% share of Holstein Friesian maintained in one of the Polish family farms. The differences in daily milk yield and dry matter and protein contents between the lactation stages were statistically significant. The somatic cell count (SCC) in the grazing season was 461,050 cells/ml whereas in the indoor season increased to 1193,880 cells/ml. The highest SCC was in milk collected at the Ist stage of lactation (1097,740 cells/ml), whereas at the IInd and IIIrd stages SCC was lower and displayed the similar values (893,910 and 914,150 - respectively). (en) Cílem práce bylo změřit cytologickou kvalitu mléka odebraného u 37 krav holštýnského plemene na polských farmách. Rozdíly v denní produkci mléka a obsahu bílkovin mezi jednotlivými fázemi laktace byly statisticky významné. Počet somatických buněk byl nižší během pastevní sezóny (461 050 buněk / ml) než během období ustájení ( 1193 880 buněk / ml). Nejvyšší počet somatických buněk byl zjištěn u krav na první laktaci (1097 740 buněk / ml) než u krav na druhé a třetí laktaci (893 910 a 914 150 buněk / ml). (cs)
