  • We performed 28-day mesophilic fermentation of a mixture of pig slurry and primary (raw) sludge from the sedimentation stage of a wastewater treatment plant at a 1:1 ratio. The components and the original and fermented mixture of slurry and sludge were subjected to acid hydrolysis. Dry matter of the solid phase of both components and both mixtures was incubated with sandy-loamy Cambisol at a weight ratio 3:1 at 25 °C for 20 weeks; in 14-day intervals chemical analyses were performed. Labile organic matters were determined after 20 weeks of incubation. It was concluded that beneficial effects of wastes as fertilizers from anaerobic digestion could be attributed to their liquid fractions. After anaerobic digestion the solid fractions of these wastes is very stable, hardly degradable organic matter, and therefore it cannot play the role of organic matter in soil. This is the reason why it should not be considered as an organic fertilizer.

  • Byla provedena 28denní mesofilní fermentace směsi kejdy prasat a primárního (surového) kalu ze sedimentace čistírny odpadních vod v objemovém poměru 1:1. Složky a původní i fermentovaná směs kejdy a kalu byly podrobeny kyselé hydrolýze. Sušina pevné fáze obou složek a obou směsí byla inkubována s písčitohlinitou kambizemí v hmotnostním poměru 3:1, při 25°C po dobu 20 týdnů a v 14-denních intervalech bylo provedeno stanovení lipidů, hrubého proteinu, hemicelulóz, celulózy, ligninu, celkového dusíku a sušiny, nerozpustné v horké vodě. Byly stanoveny změny iontovýměnné a pufrační kapacity sledovaných hmot. Po dvaceti týdnech inkubace byly stanoveny ještě labilní organické látky. Bylo zjištěno, že příznivé působení odpadů z anaerobní digesce při hnojení lze přičíst jejich kapalné frakci. Pevná frakce těchto odpadů představuje organickou hmotu velmi stabilní, špatně rozložitelnou, proto není schopna plnit úlohy organické hmoty v půdě. Neměla by proto být považována za organické hnojivo. (cs)
