Description
| - The stability of soil organic matter under aerobic and anaerobic conditions was studied. In the four samples of organic and organomineral surface horizons some parameters of organic matter stability were observed. They were expressed by the rate constant of their biochemical oxidation, total biochemical oxygen demand, substrate production of methane and gedradability in anaerobic conditions. In analyzed samples no relationship between aerobic and anaerobic stability of their organic matter was found; nor was the expected relationship between total biochemical oxygen demand and %22active carbon%22 Chws was proved.

- Byla studována stabilita půdní organické hmoty v aerobních a anaerobních podmínkách. Ve čtyřech vzorcích organických a organominerálních půdních horizontů byly sledovány některé parametry stability organické hmoty. Byly vyjádřeny rychlostní konstantou jejich biochemické oxidace, celkovou biochemickou spotřebou kyslíku, produkcí metanu ze substrátu a rozložitelností v anaerobních podmínkách. V analyzovaných vzorcích nebyl nalezen žádný vztah mezi aerobní a anaerobní stabilitou jejich organické hmoty; nebyl nalezen ani očekávaný vztah mezi celkovou biochemickou spotřebou kyslíku a %22aktivním uhlíkem%22 Chws.
