| - The aim of small-site experiments carried out in the area of the foothills of the Šumava Mts. was to determine the etiological agent of the disease of meadow peavine (Lathyrus pratensis L.). The experimental locality (Kaplice ? Chuchelec) was situated in an elevation of 655m a.s.l. The investigation was accomplished in the years 2004 ? 2006. During the vegetation period we observed whitish to grey-white soft cover of mycelium on the leaves of meadow peavine. These characteristic symptoms of powdery mildew (Erysiphe trifolii Grev. 1824) were found on the plants in the observed area at the end of summer and in autumn. In the area of interest with permanent grassland we evaluated the following variants: 1) M ? mulched stands (mulched once), 2) L ? fallow stands, 3) K ? mown stands (mowing once to three times), and 4) P ? pasture stands (grazed by cattle twice to four times). - Cílem maloparcelkových pokusů založených na pokusném stanovišti v Kaplici, bylo zjistit původce onemocnění na rostlinách hrachoru lučního (Lathyrus pratensis L). Během vegetačního období let 2004 - 2006 jsme zaznamenali na listech hrachoru lučního bělavé až šedobílé, jemné povlaky mycelia. Tyto charakteristické symptomy pro padlí (Erysiphe trifolii Grev.) jsme zjistili na sledované ploše na sklonku léta a na podzim. V zájmovém území byly posuzovány následující varianty: 1) Mulčované porosty, 2) Nesklízené porosty (ležící ladem), 3) Kosené porosty a 4) Pastevní porosty (spásané skotem). Na základě našeho tříletého šetření u sledovaného Lathyrus pratensis L. bylo statisticky dokázáno, že největší rozvoj houbového onemocnění Erysiphe trifolii Grev. byl zaznamenán u porostu nesklízeného, ležícího ladem. Naopak nejmenší napadení bylo zjištěno u pastevních porostů, které byly spásány skotem. Vlastní determinace padlí byla provedena ve spolupráci s Katedrou botaniky Přírodovědecké fakulty Uni (cs)
