  • Frequency of %22resistant%22 allele of marker FUT1 in particular files - breeding boars; breeding sows of LW breed and PBP pigs was: 0.20; 0.24 and 0.08. Frequency of %22resistant%22 allele of marker MUC4 in particular files - breeding boars; breeding sows of LW breed and PBP pigswas: 0.52; 0.52 and 0.80. Frequency of Mx1 allele associated with the capability of inhibition the proliferation of RNA virus was 0.85 in breeding boars; 1.00 in breeding sows of LW breed and 0.85 in PBP pigs. Genotypewas found to be a significant source of variation for several traits. Based on this information it can be concluded that FS marker can be used to explain some of the variation among individuals

  • Četnost %22odolné%22 alely markeru FUT1 ve vybraném souboru - plemenní kanci; plemenné prasnice plemene české bílé ušlechtilé a přeštické černostrakaté byly: 0,20; 0,24 a 0,08. Četnosti %22odolné%22 alely markeru MUC4 ve vybraném souboru - plemenní kanci; plemenné prasnice plemene ČVM a Pc prasat byly: 0,52; 0,52 a 0,80. Četnost Mx1 alely asociované se schopností zabraňovat množení Pc prasat. Byl sledován nový genomový marker FS asociovaný s reprodukčními vlastnostmi podle US patentu 2007/0186298. Genotyp BB má pozitivní účinek na některé reprodukční vlastnosti jako jsou počet a hmotnost živě narozených selat, počet mrtvě narozených selat, průměrná hmotnost a počet selat při odstavu. Bylo zjištěno, že genotyp je významným zdrojem variability vlastností. Lze konstatovat, že FS marker může být využit pro vysvětlení variability mezi jedinci se zřetelem na fenotypové údaje vrhu, stejně tak jako růstových schopností (odhadovaná plemenná hodnota). (cs)
