  • Příspěvek se zabývá obsahem hrubého proteinu, čistého proteinu, volných aminokyselin a nitrátů v hlízách brambor produkovaných v různých produkčních systémech - systému organického a konvenčního zemědělství. Do polního pokusu bylo zahrnuto pět odrůd, byl veden na dvou stanovištích s různou nadmořskou výškou v roce 2005. Průměrný obsah hrubého proteinu byl průkazně vyšší v hlízách pocházejících ze systému organické produkce než u hlíz pocházející z konvenčního systému (10,92 a 9,76 % v sušině). Podobné výsledky byly pozorovány také v případě obsahu čistého proteinu (5,44 % versus 5,09 % v sušině hlíz). Odrůda byla hlavní faktor ovlivňující obsah hrubého i čistého proteinu. Hlízy vyprodukované v systému konvenčního pěstování vykazovali zvýšenou tendenci akumulovat dusík. (cs)
  • The contribution presents information about crude and pure protein content, free amino-acid and nitrate content in potato tubers produced in different crop managements - conventional and organic. The field trials were established in 2005 on two sites with different altitude and five potato cultivars were used. The average content of crude protein was significantly higher in tubers from organic crop management (10.92 % in tuber dry matter) than in tubers from conventional system (9.76 % in tuber dry matter). Similarly, pure protein content was significantly higher in tubers obtained in organic crop management (5.44 % in tuber dry matter) than in tubers from conventional system (5.088 % in tuber dry matter). The factor cultivar had the highest direct effect on crude as well as pure protein content. Tubers from conventional crop management showed increased tendency for nitrate accumulation.
