Description
| - We observed the characteristics of pasture content in terms of clover, grasses and other plants. We compare meat samples of Czech Pied bulls bred under the intensive barn feeding vs. the extensive pasture. We analysed the content of protein, fat, ash, NEC and physical parameters. The samples of pasture forage were examined on the dry matter, C. prot - NL, fat, ash and NFE.

- Charakterizovali jsme složení pastevního porostu z hlediska zastoupení jetelovin, trav a jiných rostlin. Byly srovnány výsledku výkrmu býků českého strakatého plemene na pastvině a konvenčním intenzivním výkrmem. Vzorky masa byly analyzovány z hlediska obsahu bílkovin, tuků, popelovin a fyzikálních parametrů. Byla provedena analýzy vzorků pastevního porostu z hlediska obsahu sušiny, tuku, popelovin a NFE.
