  • Abstrakt: V letech 2004-2005 bylo vybráno 7 různých pokusných lokalit v oblasti Šumavy v nadmořských výškách 450-900 m.n.m. Na těchto lokalitách se nacházely 3 farmy s chovem mléčného skotu, 2 farmy s pastevním chovem masného skotu, 2 farmy kombinovaly chov masných a mléčných plemen. Během léta pobývaly všechny zvířata na pastvě. Dojnice dostávaly přídavek koncentrátu a sena podle úrovně produkce. V průběhu zimy tvořila krmnou dávku siláž. V rámci pokusu jsme monitorovali pastevní výnos, botanické složení trav, jetelovin a dalších rostlin a kvalitu živočišné produkce. V sedmi lokalitách s různou nadmořskou výškou od 450 do 900 m.n.m. jsme hodnotili výnos, botanické složení a chemickou analýzu trav a bylin. Domníváme se, že hodnocení výnosu a živin v pastevním porostu může poskytnout hodnotné informace pro zlepšení organizace pastvy. Pastvina s nižším obsahem živin v travách a bylinách dává nižší výnos, zejména ve formě sečí, spásání a nižšího nasycení dusíkem. Prezentujeme složení průměrně se vysk (cs)
  • In 2004 - 2005 7 different experimantal locations were chosen in the Sumava Mountains area between 450 to 900 m. Three farms had dairy cowc, 2 farms had beef cattle on pasture, and 2 farms had a combined beef and dairy herd. During summer, all cattle were grazing. Dairy cows were supplemented with concentrate and hay according to their milk production. During winter, the cattle on all farms were feed with silage. The pasture yield, botanic structure of grass, clover and other plants and the quality of animal product were monitored. Yield, botanic composition and chemical analyses of grass and herbage were measured in seven localities with different altitudes between 450 and 900 meters above sea level. We suggest that evaluation of pasture nutrients, yield can give valuable information that can improve the grazing management. Grazing influenced a low nutrient content in grass with herbs gave a lower cut production, especially in terms of cutting, grazing management and lower part of N fertilization.
