| - Na základě našeho šetření u sledované psárky luční (Alopecurus pratensis L.) byl zaznamenán největší rozvoj urediospor u porostu koseného. Menší infekční tlak urediospor se vyskytl u Na základě přiděleného grantu (GA ČR) se rozhodli pracovníci NP Šumava spolu s dalšími odborníky (ZF JU, BiF JU, BÚ AV ČR, VÚMOP Praha ) založit dlouhodobý terénní pokus, který by umožňoval sledování nejdůležitějších složek ekosystému (tj. půda, voda, rostliny) a jejich případné změny při různém způsobu zemědělského hospodaření (kosení, mulčování a půda ležící ladem). V založeném pokusu, který se týkal trvalých travních porostů na lokalitě Zhůří jsme se soustředili na vytyčené pokusné ploše na psárku luční ( Alopecurus pratensis L.) a to na napadení houbami rodu Puccinia. V zájmovém území jsme posuzovali tři varianty, kde první varianta byla udržována mulčováním, druhá byla ponechána ladem a třetí byla kosena. Hodnocení proběhlo v podzimním období a to v měsíci září a říjnu (rok 1999, 2 (cs)
- On the basis of an allocated grant (the Grant Agency of CR), staff members of the Šumava National Park together with other experts (Faculty of Agriculture and Faculty of Biological Sciences of the University of South Bohemia, Institute of Botany of the Academy of Sciences of CR, Research Institute for Soil and Water Conservation Prague) cooperated in launching and pursuing a long-term field experiment, which would allow for the observation of the most important components of ecosystem (i.e. soil, water, plants) and their possible changes under different agricultural management (mowing, mulching, fallow land). In the experiment dealing with perennial grass stands in Zhůří locality we focused on Alopecurus pratensis L.attacked by the fungus of the genus Puccinia. In the locality of interest we observed three variants - one site was mulched, the other one unmanaged ( lying fallow) and the third site was mown.
