  • Polyfenolické látky jsou široce rozšířeny v rostlinné říši a jsou proto pravidelnou součástí lidské výživy. V posledních letech dochází k zvýšení zájmu o flavonoidy jako přírodní antioxidanty a to z důvodu hledání vhodného způsobu prevence proti chorobám vyššího věku (ateroskleróza, cévní a srdeční onemocnění, rakovina). Pohanka setá obsahuje především flavonoidy. Cílem této práce bylo stanovit obsah vybraných flavonoidů v různých částech rostliny pohanky a jejich změny v průběhu vegetace. Pohanka setá byla v roce 2004 pěstována na stanovišti v Českých Budějovicích (380 m n m, půda hnědá písčitohlinitá, průměrná teplota 8.2°C, suma srážek 529 mm). Vzorky biomasy pohanky byly odebrány na počátku větvení rostlin, v době plného květu porostu a před sklizní. Lyofilizované vzorky (kořeny, stonky, listy, květenství) byly extrahovány 90 % metanolem. Vzorky byly analyzovány pomocí HPLC (DAD detektor). U všech identifikovaných látek (katechin, epikatechin, rutin, myricetin, kvercetin a jeho deriváty kvercetin (cs)

In recent years, flavonoids as natural antioxidants have attracted increasing interest as a best way for the prevention of the higher age diseases (atherosclerosis, coronary and heart diseases, cancer). Buckwheat is very rich on flavonoids. The aim of this work was to determine of selected flavonoids in different parts of buckwheat and their change during vegetation. Common buckwheat was grown in České Budějovice (380 m a.s.l., sand-loam brown soil, average temperature 8.2°C, and sum of precipitation 529 mm) in year 2004. Buckwheat biomass was sampled at beginning of branching, at full flowering and before buckwheat harvest. Lyophilized materials (roots, stems, leaves, inflorescences) were extracted by 90 % methanol.
