| - Zrevitalizovaný Mlýnský potok se nachází v jižních Čechách na Šumavě v oblasti Lipenského pravobřeží u hranic s Rakouskem a je součástí povodí Dunaje. Vlastní revitalizace koryta toku proběhla v období od 1. srpna do 17. listopadu 1998. Revitalizace proběhla na úseku dlouhém 1 692 m. Pro vlastní úpravu toku byly vybrány 4 typy stavebních objektů: 1) práh se skluzem (5 ks), 2) rybí útulek (26 ks), 3) kamenný stupeň (27 ks), 4) kamenný výhon (53 ks). Z dlouhodobého sledování vyplývá, že revitalizace měla prokazatelný vliv na zarybnění vlastního toku. Vybudování rybích úkrytů a přechodů a vyrovnání podélného sklonu toku a tím zpomalení odtoku vody v některých úsecích umožňilo osídlení toku pstruhem potočním (Salmo trutta m. fario). Významným je i v posledních dvou letech zaznamenaný výskyt vranky (Cottus gobio). Byl zjištěn příznivý vliv revitalizace na výskyt mokřadní vegetace, méně již na výskyt vegetace břehové. Ihned v prvním roce po revitalizaci zaznamenán plošný i druhový nárůst vodních makrofy (cs)
- Restored Mlýnský potok (=brook) is located on the right bank of the Lipno Reservoir near the border with Austria and it is a part of the Danube watershed. Restoration of the streambed was carried out in November 1998. The total length of the restored streambed was 1 692 m. For the restoration of the stream, 4 types of objects were selected: 1) rough boukler ramp (5x), 2) fish refuge (26x), 3) stone weir (27x), 4) stone current deflector (53x). The results clearly indicate the change in ichtyofauna numbers after restoration. Creation of fish-passes and refuges and the decrease of longitudinal slope of the stream resulted in slower flow rate in some parts of the stream which enabled to establish a Brook trout (Salmo trutta morpha fario) population. During the last two samplings also Common sculpin (Cottus gobio) was present. Restoration positively influenced the presence of wetland macrophytes; one year after the stream restoration the area covered by macrophytes increased from 1% to 30% and the numbe
