  • U prasnic plemene BU byl zjištěn pozitivní vliv genotypu CC genu ESR na celoživotní užitkovost, na užitkovost na 1. a na počet všech narozených selat na 2. a dalších vrzích. Genotyp DD genu ESR pozitivně ovlivňoval užitkovost na 2. a dalších vrzích. Statisticky významné rozdíly byly zjištěny v počtu všech narozených a dochovaných selat na 1. vrzích. Prasnice genotypu BB genu FSHβ měly vyšší celoživotní reprodukci, užitkovost na 1. vrzích a užitkovost 2. a dalších vrhů. Genotyp AA se pozitivně projevil u 2. a dalších vrhů. Statisticky významné rozdíly mezi genotypy byly ve velikosti 1. vrhů a v počtu všech a živě narozených selat na 2. a dalších vrzích. U genu PRLR dosáhly prasnice genotypu AA největšího počtu dochovaných selat na 2. a dalších vrzích. Prasnice AB dosáhly nejvyšší celoživotní reprodukci, nejvyšší užitkovost na 1. vrzích a na 2. a další vrzích. Statisticky významné rozdíly mezi genotypy genu PRLR byly zjištěny v počtu živě narozených selat na vrh za celoživotní užitkovost a v po (cs)
  • In sows of LW breed we found out a positive effect of CC genotype of ESR gene on lifetime performance, performance in parity 1 and on the number of all born piglets in parity 2 and higher. DD genotype of ESR gene had a positive influence on performance in parity 2 and higher. Statistically significant differences were recorded in the number of all born and reared piglets in parity 1.
