| - V podzimním období roku 1999 jsme zaznamenali na listech u dominantního druhu (Alopecurus pratensis L.) v trvalých travních porostech v oblasti centrální části Šumavy (lokalita Zhůří, 1050 - 1080 m n. m.) větší výskyt rzí a to uredio stadii. V zájmovém území byly posuzovány tři varianty:1) Mulčované porosty (mulčované 1x), (2) Nesklízené porosty (ležící ladem) a (3) Kosené porosty (jednosečné). Hodnocení zdravotního stavu rostlin proběhlo během měsíce září a října a to ve třech termínech. Na základě našeho šetření u sledované psárky luční (Alopecurus pratensis L.) byl zaznamenán největší rozvoj urediospor u porostu koseného. Menší infekční tlak urediospor se vyskytl u mulčovaného porostu. Naopak nejmenší napadení bylo zjištěno u porostu nesklízeného. Původcem rozvoje rzí na psárce luční ve sledovaných trvalých porostech byla určena rez psárková - Puccinia perplexans.Vlastní determinace rzí byla provedena ve spolupráci s Katedrou botaniky Přírodovědecké fakul (cs)
- In the autumn months of 1999, a greater occurence of rust, namely uredio stages, was noticed on the leaves of a dominant variety (Alopecurus pratensis L.) in perennial grass growths in the region of the central Bohemian Forest (the location Zhůří, elevation 1050-1080m). Three methods of cultivation were evaluated at the experimental site:1) Mulched stands (one mulching), (2) Unmanaged (fallow) stands and (3) Mown stands (one mowing). The evaluation of the health state of the plants was carried out in September and October, at three particular times. Our investigation showed that the most considerable development of urediospores occured on meadow foxtail, Alopecurus pratensis L., in the mown stand. Smaller infestation by urediospores was found in the mulched stand. The least infestation was found in the unmanaged stand. The source of the spread of rust on Alopecurus pratensis L.in the observed perennial growths proved to be Puccinia perplexans Plow.The identification of rusts was carried out in coopera
