| - At our experiment we studied utilization of modern biotechnological reproductive methods in beef cattle rearing and breeding. We specialize in a possibility of assurance an insemination by the best dams - cows and heifers. Aplication of insemination together with natural breeding do not exlude this using, but on the contrary the suitable using is mutually complementing. Transfer of embryos as modern biotechnological method can strongly contribute to evolution and rationalization of beef cattle rearing.Recommendation: Is possible to achieve an appropriate results of pregnancy when use the insemination and the fertility is complements of a nature breeding. The utilization of embryotransfer by beef cattle is economicly convenient.

- V našich pokusech jsme se zaměřili na možnosti zajištění inseminace u špičkových plemenic - krav a jalovic. Použití inseminace a zároveň i přirozené plemenitby se nevylučuje, ale naopak při vhodném použití se vzájemně doplňují. Přenos embryí jako moderníbiotechnologická metoda může výrazně přispět k rozvoji a racionalizaci chovu masných plemen skotu.Doporučení: Při použití inseminace lze dosáhnout odpovídajících výsledků zabřezávání a plodnost doplňuje přirozená plemenitba. Využití embryotransferu u masných plemen skotu je ekonomicky výhodné. (cs)
