Description	V podmínkách in vitro jsme se soustředili na patogenní houby podílející se na problematice skladování semen amarantu, kde jsme sledovali parazitické houby rodu Fusarium a Penicillium, které druhově determinovány nebyly. K fytopatologické analýze jsme ve čtyřech termínech (19. 10. 1998, 9. 11. 1998, 15. 3. 1999 a 27. 4. 1999) odebírali průměrný vzorek semen z posuzovaných skladovaných lichoklasů odrůd amarantu (K 432 Amaranthus hybrid, K 433 Amaranthus hybrid, Koniz Amaranthus hypochondriacus, Dakota Amaranthus cruentus, No 1008 Amaranthus hypochondriacus, A 200 D Amaranthus cruentus a Amar RR 150 Amaranthus cruenthus ). Kultivace semen probíhala v plastikových Petriho miskách (o průměru 85 mm) na pevné živné půdě - 2 % bramboro-glukózový agar ve tmě při teplotě 22 - 24 0C po dobu 7 - 14 dní. U rodu Penicillium bylo největší napadení semen zaznamenáno v prvém termínu hodnocení (19. 10. 1998). Během skladování se životaschopnost houby snižovala. Vliv termínu hodnocení byl statisticky vysoce prů We collected average samples of the observed store false spikes of the amaranth cultivars. the samples were collected in four terms (19.10. 1998, 9.11.1998, 15.3.1999, 27.4.1999) and used for phytopathologic analyses carried out in vitro conditions ( K 432 Amaranthus hybrid, K 433 Amaranthus hybrid, Koniz Amaranthus hypochondriacus, Dakota Amaranthus cruentus, No 1008 Amaranthus hypochondriacus, A 200D Amaranthus cruentus and Amar RR 150 Amaranthus cruentus). Cultivation of the seeds was carried out in plastic Petri dishes (diameter 85 mm) with a solid nutrient soil (2%potato - glucose agar) in the dark and at the temperatures of 22-24 ° C for 7-14 days.
