| - V detskom veku dochádza k častému ohrozeniu zdravia a života. K najčastejším príčinám patria intoxikácie. Cieľom práce bolo zistiť a porovnať počet výjazdov záchrannej zdravotnej služby (ZZS) k deťom s akútnou intoxikáciou, zistiť najpoužívanejšiu noxu pri intoxikáciách, vek a pohlavie intoxikovaných detí. Pre retrospektívnu štúdiu bola zvolená kvantitatívna metóda a na zber údajov slúžila obsahová analýza výjazdových dokumentov ZZS vo FN Nitra. Výskumná vzorka bola vytvorená zámerným výberom z detských pacientov vo veku od 0 do 18 rokov z Nitrianskeho kraja, ktorí boli ošetrení ZZS v období od 1. 1. 2007 do 31. 12. 2010. Tvorilo ju 69 detských pacientov, z toho chlapcov 29 (42 %) a dievčat 40 (58 %). Zistili sme, že najviac výjazdov bolo uskutočnených v roku 2008 - 23 (33 %), najväčší počet ošetrených detí bolo vo veku 16-18 rokov a výrazne dominovalo zastúpenie dievčat. Najčastejšou noxou bol alkohol, až u 44 (63,8 %) detí, z toho bolo 25 (57 %) dievčat. Najmenšie zastúpenie mali deti v predškolskom období, kde boli ZZS ošetrené iba 3 (4,35 %) deti. Povinnosťou rodičov je myslieť na preventívne opatrenia, ktoré zabezpečia tieto látky mimo dosah dieťaťa a potrebná je aj efektívna komunikácia rodič-dieťa.
- Health and life are frequently endangered in the childhood. The most frequent causes include intoxications. The target of the work was to estimate and compare the frequency of departures of the mobile health emergency services for the treatment of children with acute intoxication and to determine the most frequently used noxious substance in intoxications, age and gender of the children intoxicated. The retrospective study was based on a quantitative method and data were accumulated based on the contents analysis of departure documents of the mobile medical emergency service in the Faculty Hospital Nitra. The sample group included an intentional selection of children patients aged 0 to 18 years from the Nitra region, who were treated by the mobile Medical Emergency Service in a period of 1. 1. 2007 to 31. 12. 2010. It included 69 paediatric patients, 29 boys (42%) and 40 girls (58%). We found that most departures of the mobile service occurred in 2008: 23 (33%), the highest number of children treated corresponded to the age of 16 to 18 years with a considerable prevalence of girls. The most frequent noxious substance was alcohol, in as much as 44 (63.8%) of children, 25 of them (57%) being girls. The lowest representation corresponds to children in pre-school age, where the mobile Medical Emergency Service treated 3 (4.35%) children only. The parents are due to think about precautions for keeping these substances out of the reach of children and provide effective communication parent-child. (en)
