  • Stříbrné ionty se řadí mezi jedny z nejvíce toxických prvků kvůli jejich akutní toxicitě na organismy. Ke stanovení stříbrných iontů byly využity dvě odlišné elektrochemické techniky. Naše práce ukazuje, že nejenom stacionární elektrochemická metoda ale i průtoková injekční analýza ve spojení s elektrochemickým detektorem jsou vhodné pro toxikologickou analýzu přírodních vzorků.   • It is common knowledge that silver ions belongs to one of the most toxic elements causing acute toxicity of organisms. Here we applied two different electrochemical techniques for determination of silver ions. As we shown, not only stationary electrochemical technique but also the flow injection analysis in connection with electrochemical detector are suitable for toxicological analysis of environmental samples.
