  • Zinc oxide (ZnO) belongs to the group of AIIBIV semiconducting oxides. ZnO is a wide band gap (~ 3.3 eV) semiconductor, which has hexagonal close packed lattice structure. ZnO is suitable in many applications of semiconductor technologies, for example in development of solar cells for its very good transparency in visible region. In this work ZnO:Al thin films were prepared by RF diode sputtering on glass substrates. There were investigated also dependence on structure and optical properties.

  • Oxid zinečnatý patří do skupiny AIIBIV polovodivých oxidů. ZnO je polovodič s širokým zakázaným pásem (~ 3,3 eV) s hexagonální těsně uspořádanou mřížkou. ZnO má mnoho aplikací v polovodičových technologiích např. pro fotovoltaické články. V této práci tenké vrstvy ZnO:Al byly připraveny vysokofrekvenčním naprašováním na skleněné substráty. Byla zde vyšetřována závislost strukturních a optických vlastností. (cs)
