Description
  • The methodology is dealing with the thermography measurement of the evaporator. Temperature uniformity of aluminum evaporators is determined by means of infrared thermography. Infrared camera is used to measure temperature field of the evaporator with several air-flow levels. Temperature changes of the evaporator during the cooling process start-up (evaporator filling) and the temperature uniformity of the evaporator after the process stabilization are evaluated using the measured temperature fields. This methodology was developed in the frame of the project LN00B084 and the one was used in Valeo, s.r.o.

  • Popisuje se metodika termovizního měření hliníkových výparníků. Byla vyvinuta v rámci projektu LN00B084 a uplatněná ve společnosti Valeo výměníky tepla, s.r.o. Infračervená kamera je využívána pro měření teplotního pole výparníku s několika úrovněmi proudu vzduchu. Cílem metodiky je stanovit teplotní změny výparníku během počátku ochlazovacího procesu (plnění výparníku) a jeho teplotní rovnoměrnost po ustálení teploty. (cs)
