Description	This article presents advanced features of structural components in multiadjustable road traffic models. It shows that by making the structural components the active elements of the model, it is not only possible to enable multiple-level-of-detail modeling of traffic, but it also makes solving some corner-case situations much easier. Further, it deals with the problem of describing the topology of the traffic network that could be used for both macroscopic and microscopic structural components. It identifies a minimum set of information for such description and provides methods for deriving the remaining information from this minimum set.
